The Expert Network Marketer! Part 6 of 8

The achievers of the past and the present all sought knowledge! Knowledge is what gave them creative abilities. Without knowledge the expert network marketer would not be the expert and that is why Ann Sieg's free ebook should be on your list of must have information.

John C. Maxwell, author, founder of the Maximum Impact Club and world-renowned speaker, did not start out at the top of his chosen profession. He began developing his skills when he was a child learning how to read and write just as all of us do.

Where would anyone be today if they did not gain the knowledge of the pre-school and school years? John C. Maxwell could not be an author of many books that teach others leadership skills if he did not know how to write and he surely could not be a world-renowned speaker if he had not developed the skills of public speaking and learned to talk in front of large audiences.

He had to acquire knowledge and develop his skills in the area of public speaking and leadership skills before he could have the confidence it would take to stand up in front of so many people and give life-changing speeches that would take him to the top of his profession, and go to the top he did!

Think about this! When someone starts out in a new job, career, or profession as an apprentice, an intern, a novice, student, rookie, or trainee, did they already possess all the knowledge and expertise required to begin at the top?

No! Chances are it took several years to perform at a higher level of competency and many more years of experience before they became the expert, mentor or leader in their field, company or organization.

What is it that gets them to the top... it is knowledge! How about you? Where did you start? How long did it take before you were confident enough to converse on the level of people in your industry who had years of experience? I’ll bet as your knowledge increased, your confidence grew and you found it easier to converse with them on their level.

I’m sure that at some point, you began to train and mentor others. When you become the trainer and the mentor, you also become the leader and the one person others look up to, depend on, and admire.

In truth, you become the leader and the “Expert” in their eyes.

The fact is, knowledge builds confidence and confidence builds leaders! Leaders are the people who produce results and achieve above and beyond everyone else because they are the people who take the time to learn the things other people perfer to be tought rather that learn on their own.

The expert network marketer is indeed special in many ways and when it comes to knowledge you can bet the one source of information in the expert's library is Ann Sieg's free ebook about network marketing. If you still have not downloaded your free copy take the time to get it today. Knowledge is the key to success!
